 In 2003, 25% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 11 or fewer inpatient cases. In 2001, 25% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 11 or fewer inpatient cases. In 1999, 25% were done at a hospital with 11 or fewer cases. In 1998, 25% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 12 or fewer inpatient cases. 

In
2003, 50% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 25 or fewer inpatient cases. In 2001, 50% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 21 or fewer inpatient cases. In 1999, 50% were done at a hospital with 25 or fewer. In 1998, 50% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 25 or fewer inpatient cases. 

In
2003, 75% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 45 or fewer inpatient cases. In 2001, 75% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 46 or fewer inpatient cases. In 1999, 75% were done at a hospital with 45 or fewer. In 1998, 75% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 43 or fewer inpatient cases. 

In
2003, the maximum number of cases done at an individual hospital  was 227. In 2001, the maximum number of cases done at an individual hospital  was 231. The maximum for 1999 was 284. In 1998, the maximum number of cases done at an individual hospital  was 252
